The Tall Man tells about the mysterious missing of the children at Cold Rock Town. Although the children are unwantedly born, but the missing makes people panic because of the rumors about the mysterious force. The film is about the journey to find the child’s of a nurse named Julia Denning in terrifying nightmares.
